In an era where effective leadership is crucial for societal advancement, Power-Up 2023 stands as a beacon for aspiring leaders within The Good Society at IIUM. This transformative Leadership Training and Induction program is designed to mold and enhance the leadership capabilities of The Good Society’s members.

At the helm of this initiative is an inspiring leader, whose vision for a more cohesive and competent leadership framework has been the driving force behind Power-Up 2023. Under The Good Society Malaysia guidance, the program aims to cultivate a new generation of leaders who are not only aware of the pivotal issues surrounding leadership but are also equipped with innovative strategies and practical tools to manage and develop their teams effectively.

Objective

To increase and spread awareness among The Good Society IIUM Leadership and Advocates about the critical issues and skills required in contemporary leadership.
To empower and educate The Good Society IIUM Leadership and Advocates on innovative methods for developing and managing people, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and creativity.
To equip The Good Society IIUM Leadership and Advocates with practical tools that enhance their ability to delegate tasks, handle conflicts, and support their personal and professional growth.
